Imphal, March 14:
CADA appealed the public not to indulge in intoxicants in the name of Yaoshang festivities.
Maintaining that they would encourage organising of sports during Yaoshang, the organisation in a press statement said that it formed two mobile units comprising of 10 volunteers each in this regard.
CADA asked the public not indulge in water splattering, aber smearing and asking for perks and donations during the festival.
