Imphal, June 28 2021: SDO Sawombung T Milikant inspected the Covid vaccination programmes conducted at Chanung village and Yourabung Primary School on Monday.

Speaking on the sidelines, Milikant informed that district administrations have been conducting mass vaccination programmes and this has led to decrease in rate of Covid infection in the state.

Urging all eligible people to get inoculated with Covid vaccine, Milikant stressed that the only way to protect from the infectious Covid-19 is through vaccination.

The inspection was attended by Joint Task Force Pourabi publicity secretary and Waiton Gram Panchayat Covid 19 second wave Task Force general secretary Wahengbam Janmenjoy among others.
