Imphal, October 06:
Reacting to the news report which appeared in the October 5 edition of some papers, the Naga Students' Union, Chandel has clarified that it has nothing to do with the proposed 48 hours bandh called by some hill based organisations from October 13 midnight.
In a statement, the student body said it had not authorised anyone to attend a meeting on its behalf and questioned why the MTPRM has dragged in the name of the NSUC in the oust TD Minister campaign.
NSUC asked the MTPRM to disclose the name of the person (if anyone had indeed turned up in the name of the NSUC).
