Driver's abduction protested

Expressing their discontentment and protest against the kidnapping of driver Langoljam Radhamohon (30) and his handyman Khumanthem (22) by the cadres of NSCN (K) near Piphema Army camp in Nagaland in the intervening night of July 25 & 26 last month, the family members of the driver and his local communities has today staged a sit in protest at Wangjing Cherapur.
It may be mentioned that Radhamohon is a resident of Wangjing Cherapur.
Placards which read as 'denounce kidnapping for ransom', 'let the people live in peace', 'Is kidnapping a culture of the insurgents' and 'Govt should intervene on the matter' were displayed during the protest.
One of the participants in the protest appealed to release the driver and his handyman considering the hardships faced by the family members.
Meanwhile, Radhamohon's family have urged NSCN (K) to release the driver and his handyman safely.
Radhamohon along with his handyman Khumanthem Sanjit (22), s/o of Kh Bijoy Singh of Wangoo Nongngangkhong Mapal were reportedly abducted from near Piphema Army camp in Nagaland in the intervening night of July 25 and 26 last month.
