The cease fire is in force in Manipur, he said citing the instant of escorting back a leader of the outfit to Nagaland when he entered the state few years back.

If cease fire was not extended in the state, the incident might have not occurred, he added.

It is wrongful act of the Manipur government to prevent Muivah from visiting the state.

Government has aroused the people in a pitiful matter, he added.
