Although the security forces are well aware of the fact that the people are conscious of their modus operandi thinking that the confidence of the public could be won through false propaganda, they pretend not knowing the fact and carry on their activities.
The security forces should know that they cannot keep concealed the number of casualty they suffer in any confrontation and boast of dedication, it said.

Besides attempting to deceive the public through false claims of recovering weapons, the security forces would continue exaggerating facts in their attempt to build their images.
The statement also conveyed the PLA CAS's praise to all the cadres involved in several attacks against the security forces.
It said the PLA launched successful attacks against the security forces on Jan 26 in Sajik Tampak area of Chandel district; on 44 AR near Ningchou village in Ukhrul district on Feb 8; attacked a convoy of 24 AR near Kambang Khullen in Chandel district on March 11; attacked 1/11 GR in CCpur district on April 4; launched an attack on 25 Madras Regt near Teikhothang village in CCpur district on May 14 and 44 AR near Kangpat Khullen in Ukhrul district.
