Imphal, July 10:
The RPF described the extension of the ceasefire to Manipur as a conspiracy to divide Manipur by India under its divide and rule policy.
This will drive a wedge and break the bond of love and unity of the hill and valley.
In a leaflet RPFs Department of Communication and Publicity condemned the killing of 15 protestors and causing injury to many others during the June 18 uprising and July 5, as undemocratic and uncivilized.
The leaflet also hailed the spontaneous uprising against the ceasefire extension as a just movement, but added that all the Naga civilians should not be taken as an enemy.
Naga civilians and civilians of other communities are equal victims of the enemy the party said adding that the real culprit is India, which should be fought unitedly.
The RPF cautioned that unless both factions of the NSCN are aware of Indias ploy, its victory flag will be hoisted amidst bloods of the people of hill valley, who will be the real losers.
The RPF said the right step is a united struggle against India by shunning differences, enmity and communal hatred.
It also called on both factions of the NSCN to expose Indias ploy and launch a united struggle.
The RPF commended the role of the State force during the June 18 uprising and added that it should be remembered by all that all the Manipuri personnel in the State force and Indian forces are one of us and our brethren when the crucial situation demands.
It further said that India and its forces have no sympathy for the people of Manipur are very clear despite its material helps to the people.
Should they have any love and concern for the people of Manipur they would not have victimized innocent people and made any attempt to break up Manipur.
Therefore the only way to overcome all these is attaining freedom, it said recalling the sacrifice and valor of our forefathers and Manipuri women against Ava and British invaders, the RPF said.
