Bombs continue to rain on Congress men

Bomb attacks launched against INC workers and candidates still continue while an IED was found at the residence of Khurai AC's AITC candidate.
An article which looked like a bomb was found today morning at the Khurai Tinsid road residence of Leishangthem Sushindro alias Yaima, an AITC candidate of Khurai AC.
Police's bomb expert team found that the article was a remote controlled IED device.
The team picked-up the explosive today afternoon and set it off safely at Khurai Ningthoubung Leimarou Loukol.
Police source said that the IED was planted in a copper container along with a mobile phone.
Meanwhile, Patsoi Awang Khunou Maning Leikai residence of Thokchom Nilakamal (70) was attacked with a hand grenade by some unidentified persons today early at around 1 am.
The bomb exploded on the veranda of the house but there were no casualties.
A hand grenade which failed to go off was also found at the residence of Haorungbam Tombi (50) of Patsoi Salam Khun at around 11.30 last night.
Police recovered the grenade today morning.
Another hand grenade which failed to explode was found today morning at Haobam Megha's residence of Tharoijam Maning Leikai.
In another incident, the Bishnupur Ward No 11 residence of one Wahengbam Amusana (45) was attacked with hand grenade by unidentified persons at around 9 pm yesterday.
Meanwhile, some unidentified persons exploded a hand grenade at the residence of one Sapam Gojendro (68) of Hiyanglam Mayai Leikai under Thoubal district.
There were no casualties reported from the incident.
