All Dengue patients in Moreh discharged

Moreh, December 27 2021:
Tengnoupal district Assistant Malaria Officer Kamei Khamchungpu Rongmei has said that all dengue cases in Moreh have been cured and no new case has been detected for a week now.
Speaking to media persons, he informed that following the detection of Dengue cases in the Indo-Myanmar border town of Moreh, special malaria unit of Moreh hospital under state malaria department and district malaria department has been conducting intensive fogging and spraying of Larvacide from Moreh ward number 1 to 9, Hill Tribal Council unit I to 13 and several other villages.
Awareness programmes were also conducted, he added.
Kamei informed that no dengue case has been detected in Moreh town since December 23 and all the dengue positive patients who underwent treatment at sub-district hospital have been discharged after recovery.
