Imphal, November 04 2020:
The Social Students' Union of Manipur (SSUM) has expressed suspicion of double-dealing in the conduct of entrance test for PG courses at the Manipur Central University, Canchipur for the academic session 2020-21 .
A press release issued by SSUM claimed that tidings of question papers leakage of different departments have been reported repeatedly. The entrance test began on October 18 and is continuing.SSUM also said that the union has been staying silent for long regarding the matter as no enough evidence could be found to prove the 'unfair' conduct of tests.Playing the favouritism card in selecting students at the top university of the State is very unfortunate for the student's community as a whole, SSUM said and expressed concern for the students from humble backgrounds who dream of pursuing a master degree.
