The Indo-Myanmar Car rally will return to India tomorrow after paying tributes to the slain Indian soldiers during World War II at Taukkyan War Cemetery tomorrow.
In a statement, PIB (Defence Wing) said that the Taukkyan War Cemetery is located on the Yangon-Pyay road about 21 kms north of Yangon city and is among the three largest war cemeteries in Myanmar.
The car rally will enter India through Moreh and will halt the night at Leimakhong, said the statement and added that a cultural programme is being organised tomorrow to receive the participants as well as to give them a glimpse of the varied art and culture of Manipur.
GOC of 57 Mountain Division, Major General EK Kochekkan will flag off the Dimapur leg on December 22.
