The armed group UTLA/KNO has today clarified that it has no hand in the kidnapping of two railway workers near Kaimai village and instead alleged that three individuals from unknown gang group are to be blamed, reports our CCpur correspondent.
The three people who are involved in the kidnapping of two workers Northeastern Railways Coastal Company stationed near Kaimai village on June 4 are Kapthang, Paokhai and Kaikhohao said a statement issued by the outfit IPR secretary Ginns.
It further alleged that the gangster is only defaming the outfit by disguising themselves as UTLA Ghq Arm Wing by taking advantage of the Government's failure to address the outfit's demand for a designated camp at Vangai since 2011 .
The organisation, it added, is ever ready to help the security forces for finding the perpetrators of the crime and requested the authority as well as the public not to blame the organization.
