Irregular doctor irks CDSU

Expressing unhappiness over the prevailing day-to-day crisis at the ISO certified District Hospital, Churachandpur which it said arises owing to the indifferent attitude of the state government, the CDSU warned of launching another agitation if the issue is not addressed at the right earnest.
While waiting the concern authority to translate their promises, which eventually lead the students' body to suspend their agitation, into reality for several months, the union is utterly dismayed to witness the fact that shortage of MOs or Specialists persist, said the union.
The word irregular even failed to describe the frequency of attendance of the appointed Surgeon Dr Pakhong Rongmei as he is nowhere to be seen, bringing untold hardship to the poor people who need emergency services, it added.
In the light of this unexpected development, the union reiterated that it still stands firm to their demands and hinted on another spell of agitation if the issue remains unaddress.
