Customer care card launched

For the first time in Manipur, North Eastern Economical Development Society (NEEDS), an NGO has launched a Customer Care Card which would enable customers to avail discounts on purchasing products from various outlets.
The launch function was held at Manipur Press Club, Imphal today.
According to regional manager of NEEDS, Sanjeev R.Singh, the NGO has been making continuous initiatives to control price hike which he termed as a social evil among the people of the North East.
The organisation has a total of 1, 50,000 members in the entire North East with 3000 outlets and hospitals linked to it.
NEEDS is the biggest customer loyalty organization in India, said Sanjeev and maintained that the initiative taken up in the State would help the people of Manipur in economic saving.
This scheme would enormously help the people in saving money as the products would be made available at discounted rates with the issue of Customer Care Card.
Anyone can use the facility of the card at linked outlets to purchase products, he added.
