Repressive measures unleashed by Indian military forces and their policy to keep different communities of Kangleipak divided have caused untold misery to all the people of the land since many years back.

In addition to Indian military forces, Manipur police personnel were also involved in killing many people in fake encounters apart from staging involuntary disappearance of many other people.
Stating that the Patsoi Langjing incident of April 26, 1980 was the harbinger of the Government of India's alleged agenda to commit genocide, the outfit called upon all the people to stand firm and united against the alien rule.
"Apart from military domination, the alien rule has been following a policy of cultural assimilation.
As a result, the identity of our people is becoming diluted every year.
We are facing a grim situation where the indigenous people may not have the power to govern themselves", the outfit continued.
It then called upon all the people not to allow foreign culture and traditions take roots in the soil of the land and also to stand firm and united against the alien rule.
