Imphal, April 04 2025: TYDA, Toubul notched up an easy 4-0 win over North East United FC (NEUFC) in the opening match of the Sub-Junior Youth League Zonal Round (Group G) at MFA Stadium, Shillong today.

Gurumayum Prohitkumar starred in the match scoring a hattrick to set up the big win after Leiphrakpam Leeon opened the scoring in the first half.

Leeon found the breakthrough after 14 minutes as Prohitkumar doubled the advantage in the 47th minute before scoring two more goals in the 59th and the 65th minutes to complete his hattrick and the 4-0 rout of NEUFC.

Aizawl FC, Football 4 Change Academy, Rupjyoti Sports Club and Shillong Lajong FC are also clubbed in the same group of the zonal round of theSub-Junior Youth League.

TYDA will play Aizawl FC in the next match on April 6 before they play Shillong Lajong FC on April 8, Football 4 Change Academy on April 10 and Rupjyoti Sports Club on April 12 .
