THAU drub PTRC in MNCA ODI Trophy

Imphal, February 21 2025: Kalpana Devi Keisham's 117 runs and 73 runs by Robeni Usham helped THAU, Thangmeiband register nine-wicket victory over PTRC, Patsoi in the opening match of the 4th MNCA Senior Women's One Day Trophy 2024-25 on Friday.

Batting first at THAU Ground, Thangmeiband, PTRC scored 226/4 in the 35-over game centred on contributions by Loidangton Devi Thokchom (90 runs) and Binomala Chanu Chingangbam (61 runs) .

THAU bowlers Thoithoibi Ahongshangbam, Monica a Devi Ningthoujam and Milan Chanu Yambem accounted for one PTRC wickets each.

In reply, despite losing a w icket early to PTRC's Laitonjam Benita Devi, Kalpana and Robeni built a successful partnership to take their team to victory in the 31st over.
