Imphal, March 10 2025: PTRC, Patsoi have sealed their place in the final of the 9th MNCA W Prahlada & W Ramananda Elite Tournament 2024-25, while CYCLONE, Thangmeiband will face CHAMP Cricket Club, Khagempalli in the second qualifier.

In a Super Knockout match at Moijing Public Ground, Thoubal on Monday, Bishworjit Singh Konthoujam of PTRC claimed five CYCLONE wickets to help his team secure the summit round with a five-wicket victory.

Bishworjit, captain Raj Kumar Rex Singh (two wickets), Jotin Singh Pheiroijam and Khangembam Santosh Singh (one wicket each) ended the CYCLONE innings for a paltry 91 runs in 22 overs.

Chasing the target set, Khangembam Santosh Singh (38 runs) and Rex (29 runs) completed the PTRC victory.

Meanwhile, CHAMP trounced TRAU, Kwakeithel by seven wickets in the eliminator match at Lairenjam Public Ground to advance to the second qualifier match on Monday.

TRAU compiled 173/7 in 40 overs with contributions from Behul Moibungkhongbam (41 runs), Bishworjit Nongmaithem (39 runs).

CHAMP batters led by Yumnam Karnajit (61 runs), Leikhuram Johny Singh (39 runs), Md Sultan Karim (35) and Nawaz (32 runs) completed the run chase in 37.3 overs for the loss of three wickets.
