Imphal, February 09, 2011: District Magistrate Ukhrul has ordered a Magisterial Enquiry into the alleged killing of Md Ayub Khan s/o Md Kamiruddin of Keirang Muslim Litan Makhong by 19 Assam Rifles, Litan Post in an alleged encounter in between Mongkot Chepu and Sangkai village of the district on August 30, 2007.
