Medical camp held at Chandel

Chandel, April 05 2025:
Assam Rifles organised a medical camp at Haika village, Chandel district on April 3.The main objective of the camp was to extend free medical facilities to the residents of Haika and neighbouring villages.
The health experts at the camp offered consultations and provisioned medicines.
A total of 96 patients, including 32 women and 48 children were examined in the camp, said AR in a statement.
These camps play a crucial role in addressing the healthcare needs of the people in the area.
Locals were also educated on precautions against Malaria, Diarrhea and other seasonal ailments, added AR .
