Imphal, February 08 2026: A reception ceremony was held today at the Takhellambam Konjin Community Hall to welcome Khuraijam Loken as a Minister in the new Yumnam Khemchand-led BJP Government The event, organised by the Polling Development Committee 22/6 of the Wangoi Assembly Constituency, saw a large turnout of local residents.

At the event, Kh Loken thanked his constituents, attributing his appointment to their support.

He urged unity, citing "thinking good leads to good paths" and outlined development plans, focusing on roads.

He also appealed for putting aside differences, warning that conflict hinders progress, and vowed to work for Wangoi and Manipur's transformation.
