Imphal, June 21 2010:
Consumers' Club, Manipur today ordered to refund fees taken for the period which classes were not held within 30 days in response to a complaint lodged by guardian of a student.
The club asked the authority of the Regular English School, Kwakeithel refund an amount of rupees 2600 collected by them from the students during the months between September to December last year in which classes were not held.
