Thai officials conducted a market survey at Moreh and Tamu

Imphal, July 28, 2012: With the objective of making field assessment about feasibility as well as potential of trans-border trade between India and Thailand through Moreh, officials of Royal Thai Embassy today conducted a market survey at Moreh and Tamu.

An official source informed that the Thai Embassy officials arrived at Imphal yesterday and held a meeting with Commerce and Industries Minister K Govindas.

Royal Thai Embassy Minister Jain Lianminful, Counsel Supat Sanoy and Minister Worawuth Bunchaliew conducted market survey at Moreh today together with officials of the State Commerce and Industries Department.

The team would return to Imphal tomorrow.
