Ukhrul, February 08 2026: A sensitization programme on Government schemes/initiatives and financial literacy for weavers/artisans and entrepreneurs was held today at Mini Hall of Khongjal Village.

The programme was organised by the District Handlooms & Textiles, Kamjong under the sponsorship of the Directorate of Handlooms & Textiles, Government of Manipur.

Notable dignitaries present at the event include S Phungringla, Project Manager, District Handlooms & Textiles, Kamjong; Luckyson Ningshel, Headman, Khongjal village and Themreiyo T Awungshi, General Manager, DIC .
