Imphal, April 08 2015 : After days of torrential rains accompanied by thunder storms Manipur has started experiencing a dry spell from Tuesday night.

There is a clear sky.

However weatherman says that there will be rains in the coming days.

During the heavy downpour in the last few days there were reports of landslips in some hill areas.

However vehicular traffic could not be disrupted for long and there was no human casualty.

The rains brought a sigh of relief to the farmers.

Besides people felt relieved since the drought like situation may pass away.

However the private water sellers are yet to bring down the prices of the water collected from some parts of river.
