Imphal, April 25 2018: The Scheduled Tribe Demand Committee of Manipur (STDCM) has condoled the sudden demise of its founder member and former secretary (Admn), Tayenjam Khogen Singh of Uripok Khaidem Leikai, on April 22.A press release issued by publicity secretary of STDCM W Ananda Meitei stated that a condolence meeting presided by working president Moirangthem Naodalenkhomba was held at the Committee's office in Ima Khunthokhanbi Sanglen today at around 8 am.

Recalling the tireless efforts and initiative of late Tayenjam Khogen Singh in preserving the Meetei/Meitei community, the members of the committee observed two minutes silence and prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
