Thoubal, August 08 2025: he District Administration Thoubal, as part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign in connection with the upcoming 79th Independence Day celebration, organised a Tiranga Rangoli and Tiranga Rakhi competition at Thoubal Mela ground Community Hall.

Speaking to the media, DC Thoubal Hannah Kamei, while lauding the participants, stated that competitions were held to foster patriotic fervour and community spirit ahead of Independence Day.

She informed that various students and women's groups from Self Help Groups (SHGs) actively took part in the event.

She further announced that on August 11, a Tiranga Bike Rally will be organised in the district in collaboration with the Police Department.
