Mental health awareness programme conducted

Imphal, May 19 2024: Community Health Centre, Wangoi under the aegis of District Health Mission Society, Imphal West conducted mental health awareness week programme at Old Age Home, Mongsangei on Saturday.

The awareness programme was attended by CHC Wangoi MO in-charge Dr N Sushila Devi as chief guest, local elder Y Yaima as president and All Manipur Senior Citizen Welfare Association member W Kunjabashi as guest of honour.

Apart from health checkup by doctors and nurses of the CHC, a cultural programme was also organised on the sidelines of the awareness programme as recreational activity for residents of the home.
