Imphal, Aug 17: Disclosing that the students would launch stronger agitation in response to the indifference of the State Govt towards the protest movements undertaken by the students of DM College of Arts since July 27 against the alleged transfer of their Political Science teacher Dr K Indramani, the students' union of the college has threatened to launch total boycott of the College if Dr K Indramani is not transferred back to the College by August 20, said a press release by the Students' Union, DM College of Arts.

It also said that appeals to this effect have been submitted earlier to the Chief Minister, the Education Minister and Chief Secretary.

A memorandum was also submitted to the Chief Minister seeking for his intervention to affect the transfer of Dr K Indramani from NG College to DM College of Arts by August 20.
