ILPS resolution has not been sent to Govt of India till date

The Private Member Resolution passed by the State Assembly regarding extension of Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation 1873 to Manipur for enforcement of Inner Line Permit System (ILPS) in the State has not been sent to the Government of India till date.
Talking with TSE, Manipur Legislative Assembly Secretary Y Indira informed that it would take a couple of days before the House resolution adopted on July 13 can be sent to the Centre.
The private member resolution which read "that the Manipur Legislative Assembly passes a resolution to extend and adopt the Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation 1873 with necessary changes in the point of details to the State of Manipur and to urge the Government of India to comply the same" was passed by the House unanimously on the last day of the full Budget session on July 13.The motion was raised by MLA Dr I Ibohalbi.
