Imphal, June 20 2022: With a resident of Imphal East confirmed positive out of all the samples tested during the last 24 hours, the State's Covid-19 caseload has risen to three.

However, there is neither any report of Covid related death nor recovery or discharge of positive persons.

Nonetheless, the pandemic had already claimed 2120 lives in the State.

The cumulative number of Covid-19 positive cases in the State stands at 1,37,246 (general population 1,32,232 and Central security personnel 5,014) .

This figure includes three active cases from general population and 1,35,123 recovered cases (general population 1,30,116 and Central security personnel 5,007) .

The recovery rate is 98.45 per cent.

The cumulative number of Covid vaccine doses administered in the State has reached 29,39,759 (first dose 15,85,867, second dose 12,49,802 and precautionary dose 104,090) .

Till Sunday, 61.94 per cent of the State's total eligible population has received the first dose of Covid vaccine while 52.86 per cent has been given both the first and second dose.
