Imphal, October 08 2026: G/66 Bn CRPF distributed sewing machines to internally displaced women staying at a relief camp at Khoyathong, Imphal today.

The programme, organised as part of its civil action programme, was attended by Sh Balihar Singh, Commandant 66 Bn CRPF and Sh Gagan Kumar Sharma, Assistant Commandant, G/66 Bn CRPF .

The initiative was undertaken with the objective of empowering women by providing them with opportunities to develop vocational skills, earn a livelihood and become financially self-reliant, said the CRPF .
