Training on mushroom cultivation held

Imphal, March 12 2023: Rama Foundation organised a training programme on mushroom cultivation for the students and teachers of New Public Higher Secondary School at Khangabok school on March 4 .

During the programme, resource person Soram Rajendra Kumar, who is also regional achiever awardee, spoke on scientific methods of mushroom cultivation, diseases, poisonous mushrooms, marketing, financial assistance, etc.

In a release, the Foundation informed that necessary materials to cultivate mushroom including the spawn were distributed at the end of the training programme.

The foundation is always ready to impart similar training programme, it informed, while urging interested individual/organisation/SHGs or farmers' club to contact the office of Rama Foundation at Nagamapal RIMS Road or through contact number 8787734452 for more details.
