Kakching, May 11 2024: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Chandel under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA) conducted National Lok Adalat for Chandel district at the Court Complex of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Chandel on Saturday.

As per a release by DLSA, Chandel secretary Masana E Panmei, during the National Lok Adalat, a bench with Moreh Judicial Magistrate First Class Fakhrul Islam Choudhary as chairperson and advocates RK Mohendro Singh and Kh Jacky Lucy as members was constituted.

A total of 90 bank recovery cases and two pre-litigation cases were listed.

Out of the total cases listed, seven bank recovery cases and one pre-litigation case were taken up in the said National Lok Adalat of which two bank recovery cases were disposed, it informed.
