Thoubal, May 11 2024: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Thoubal under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA), Imphal organised a session of the National Lok Adalat at District and Sessions Court complex, Thoubal, Khangabok on Saturday.

217 cases were filed at a single bench of the National Lok Adalat which took up 22 cases, out of which 19 related bank recovery cases, amounting to Rs 12,86,660 with upfront amount of Rs 2,78,760, were settled.

The bench comprised DLSA, Thoubal chairman and Thoubal District and Sessions Judge Samom Ibjen and advocates Kh Jeton Meitei and Ksh Sarankumari Devi along with Chief Judicial Magistrate cum secretary Masana E Panmei.
