Imphal, August 21 2025: The college week of Regional College, Lilong Chajing, organised by Regional College Students' Union concluded on Thursday.

The programme, which commenced from August 18, featured a range of activities, including games and sports, literary meet, and cultural programmes with active participation of the students.

Addressing the closing programme on Thursday, College principal L Chandrakumar said that an institution is a place where students and teachers maintain a close relationship and share knowledge to work together for a better future.

He described the college week as an opportunity for students to showcase their innate talents in new ways in their academic pursuits.

The principal also highlighted the growing demand for varied skills among youth worldwide and noted that countries are focusing on skill development through major meetings and initiatives.

He stressed that providing Such support to young people in the state will be an important step to place Manipur at the forefront in different fields, particularly in areas where youth can become self-reliant.
