Imphal, April 10 2025: The All Manipur Muslim Students' Organisation (AMMSO), GHQ has welcomed the resolution to file a case against the Waqf Amendment Act 2025 in the Supreme Court of India.

The decision was made by collectively by Manipur Meitei-Pangal CSOs representatives and Alhaj Abdul Nasir, MLA of Lilong AC and Chairman of the WAQF Board, Manipur during a detailed discussion held at the MLA's residential quarter yesterday, said press release issued by Md Safiullah, finance secretary, AMMSO GHQ.

Additionally, the Organisation has resolved to offer their support to any activities undertaken by the Co-ordination Committee for Protection of Waqf Properties, Manipur and sought the public's cooperation for the same.
