E-Pao holds blood donation camp at JNIMS hospital

Imphal, April 01 2025: A blood donation camp in celebration of Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba was organised by E-Pao Tengbang Lup, Manipur at JNIMS Blood Bank on Tuesday.

In all 10 women and 20 men donated blood during the camp, which also marked the 39th edition of the Lup's blood donation drive.

Speaking at the event, Lup joint secretary Laishram Athouba pointed out the need for collective efforts to address shortage of blood during emergencies.

He reassured that blood donation poses no harm, stating 'in fact, regular donation benefits the donor while also saving lives" .

He also announced that another blood donation camp is scheduled for April 25 .
