Kakching, August 21 2025: A three-month training for school students on 'Folk Dance & Music' organised by Women Society for Cultural Heritage (WOSCH), Kakching Khunyai Leikai concluded at Practising Junior High School (DIET), Kakching on Wednesday.

The programme held to commemorate the 34th Manipuri Language Day was attended by Writers' Association, Kakching president Pukhrambam Nimai as chief guest and District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Kakching retired principal Naorem Birmangal as president.

As part of the event, the students performed 'Maibi Jagoi', 'Mao Jagoi' and 'Kakching Haraoba Laihou Jagoi' .

The production was produced by WOSCH guru Binashakhi Mayanglambam, assisted by Mayengbam Reshma Chanu and Sonika Devi Yengkhom as instructors.
