Imphal, February 21 2025: The state government has issued the transfer and posting of IAS, IPS/MPS officers with immediate effect and until further orders.

According to an order issued by chief secretary (CS) Prashant Kumar Singh on Thursday, IAS officers Arun Kumar Sinha will be principal secretary (Agriculture/Forest & Climate Change) and Works in addition; Ningthoujam Geoffrey commissioner-cum-secretary (Social Welfare/MI/CADA/WR & CEO/MIDA); Robert Singh Kshetrimayum secretary (Manipur Lok Ayukta); Mannuamching Pherzawl DC; and Neilenthang Telien as special secretary (Finance/Planning/Vigilance & Anti-Corruption) & director (vigilance & Anti-Corruption) in addition.

Meanwhile, IPS officers Nishit Kumar Ujjwal has been posted as IGP (AP-II); Kabib K as IGP (Z-II); Ningshen Worngam as IGP (Int./NAB) on promotion; S Gautam Singh as MPTC deputy director and to look after post of MPTC director Lunsieh Kipgen in latter's absence; and Babitarani Swain as Chandel SP.

Meanwhile, MPS Luikham Lanmiyo has been entrusted to perform the duty as Tamenglong SP in-charge, as per the order.
