Awareness on ill effects of intoxicants held

Imphal, October 09 2024: A one day awareness programme on 'Ill effects of intoxicants on society and public responsibility to address it' was organised by Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA), Salam Maning Apunba Nupi' Lup, Salam Youth Learners' Club and Salam Youths' Volunteer at Salam Mayai Leikai community hall on Wednesday.

As per a release by CADA information and publicity secretary L Brojen Angomcha, the programme was attended by CADA president Hijam Priyo-kumar, Salam Maning Apunba Nupi Lup president Sorokhaibam Nganbi, Salam Mamang Leikai Mahilla Mandal secretary Leitanthem Radhe and Club secretary Sorokhaibam Jiban as presidium members.

CADA secretary general Geetchandra Mangang and vice president Ningthoujam Doren spoke as resource persons of the awareness programme.
