PURE-EV showroom opened at Mantripukhri

Imphal, May 03 2023: A showroom of the two-wheeler electric vehicle brand PURE-EV has been opened at Mantripukhri near IT Park with Wabagai MLA Usham Deben, who is also the chairman of Manipur Pollution Control Board (MPCB), formally inaugurating the showroom on Tuesday.

Speaking at the function, MLA Deben noted that a number of showrooms for eco-friendly electric vehicles being opened in the state will help in reducing pollution in the state to a considerable level.

Apart from being low budget as compared to petrol and diesel vehicles, it is also eco-friendly.

He further informed that the MPCB along with the transport department has been issuing certificates declaring that the vehicles being used at present cause negligible amount of pollution.

MPCB also has plans to monitor diesel auto along with replacing the passenger diesel autos with e-vehicles.

RAYYAN Group and PURE-EV brand managing director Masood Maibam also stated that the group has been opening three-wheeler E-Rickshaw showrooms, and the one being opened will have 4 models each of bike and scooter.

The function was also attended by Lilong Haoreibi College principal Dr Ra-heijuddin Sheikh, Liberal College associate professor Dr Abdul Latif and SF 21 -Para Col Nectar Sanjenbam as presidium members.

The showroom which is the first electric two-wheeler vehicle showroom opened by RAYYAN Group has vehicles of PURE-EV namely E-Tryst 350, Ecodryft, Eplu-to -7G and Etrance N which were launched in 2020 and 2022, for public view.
