Imphal, April 05 2025: Silver medallist in the 5000m Race Walk at the National Level PGI Transplant Game 2025, Pukhrambam Anand Singh, was accorded a warm welcome upon his return at Imphal International, Airport.

According to a press release issued by Celin Digital, the National Level PGI Transplant Game 2025 is an event held for transplant recipients in Chandigarh.

Pukhrambam Anand, who is also a kidney transplant patient, was felicitated by members of All Manipur Kidney Transplant Patient's Welfare Association (AMKTPWA), Celin Digital and Thamnapokpi Youth Workers Club.

On the occasion, Dr Phanjoubam Lanajit Singh, chairman, Celin Digital and media advisor of AMKTPWA handed over a citation to the silver medallist along with many gifts.

He also made an appeal to the concerned authority to implement the "Free Drug Policy for Kidney Transplant Patients" in Manipur.
