Ningol Khudol VLF holds 3rd annual general body meeting

Thoubal, March 27 2026: Ningol Khudol Village Level Federation (VLF), Wangbal Pt-I, comprising 12 Self Help Groups (SHGs), supported by the Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM), Thoubal, under the Manipur State Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, convened its 3rd annual general body meeting at the Wangbal Multipurpose Community Hall.

The meeting was attended by Ningol Khudol VLF president K Premashini Devi; Block Mission Manager Laishram Surana Singh; MIS Manager Laishram Johny Singh; Block Accountant Shaqui Ahmad; Clus Coordinator Ksh Somorjit Singh; Livelihood Coordinator Ch Niranjit Singh; Project Officer Sapam Nabachandra Singh; SWC Club president Th Munal; ward member L Ibotombi; and mentor W Sobashini Devi; as presidium members.

During the meeting, the VLF secretary presented a detailed report on past activities of the federation.

The meeting also deliberated on future plans and initiatives aimed at strengthening livelihoods and community development.

Leaders of the constituent SHGs were given the opportunity to share their experiences, achievements and proposed activities for the coming months, highlighting the collective efforts towards empowerment and sustainable growth at the grassroots level.
