BJP workers undergoing trial by fire: Joykisan

The wrong perception that the people currently have of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will be broken in the future arid they would realise that BJP is the only party which has been sincerely thinking and working for the people of Manipur, said Thangmeiband MLA Kh Joykisan.
The 46th Foundation Day (Sthapana Diwas) of BJP was organised by BJP Thangmeiband Mandal at the multipurpose community hall near Khoyathong Pukhri Achouba on Sunday morning.
The celebration was also attended by BJP Manipur Pradesh president A Sharda Devi, MLA Kh Joykisan, former president ex-MLA Meinam Bhorot, senior vice president Nongthombam Nimbus, State ST Morcha president Lanjaigai Kamei and BJP Thangmeiband Mandal president Mutum Rajendra as presidium members.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Joykisan conceded that the party workers are undergoing a trial by fire (Agni Pareeksha) on how much they are willing to sacrifice for the people, the land and the party.
He observed that the conflict (Kuki-Meetei) situation is subsiding and expressed firm belief that peace would soon be restored in the state.
As such, he urged the party workers not to be discouraged, adding that one should not forget that gold shines the brightest after it is put on fire.
He continued that if BJP had made any mistake, it would rectify the same.
People would soon realise the truth behind the wrong perception everyone has of BJP .
Thus, he urged all to help in strengthening the party, while calling upon the party workers not to do anything Wrong and work together to develop a united spirit both for the party and the state.
Regarding the celebration, Joykisan highlighted various activities taken up in his constituency.
He then urged his constituents to inform him of any issues, adding that he would try his best to solve them.
In her speech, president Sharda expressed that the party is facing difficulties as it took some action to protect the future generations from illegal immigrants.
She then hoped that the people would understand that difference in the benefits they have received from the centre before and after the arrival of the BJP government.
On the other hand, the 46th Foundation Day was also celebrated at the party's Nityaipat Chuthek office with president A Sharda Devi hoisting the party flag.
As part of the function, Sharda led the party MLAs, office bearers and workers in offering floral tributes to the portrait of Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
The celebration was attended by MLAs Kh Raghumani, P Brojen, Th Basantakumar, Kh Ibomcha, Karam Shyam, Diganglung Gangmei, Yumnam Radheshyam and other office bearers.
