Lamkang Khunjai Village Authority clarifies

The Lamkang Khunjai Village Authority has clarified that Nanao, son of Enaocha and Tihneihat, of Laphupat Tera and Kummi, Tengnoupal who was involved in money collection in the name of AT at Pallel Bazar on January 27, 2025 has no affiliation with the Lamkang tribe.
Denouncing the actions of Nanao, the Lamkang Khunjai Village Authority in a release stated that Nanao, who falsely claimed to be Momo Lamkang, son of Sk Betit Lamkang, has no affiliation with the Lamkang tribe or the village.
"Nanao's history of deceit and manipulation dates back to 2004, when he exploited our hospitality and sought shelter in our village.
However, his true nature soon revealed itself, and we expelled him and his family in 2009 due to his reprehensible behavior," said the Village Authority.
Condemning his action, the Village Authority stated that his despicable behavior is a stain on Lamkang community, and demand him to cease and desist from any further attempts to misrepresent the community.
The Village Authority also lauded the swift action taken by the AT Pallel Unit and commend their efforts in upholding the law The Village Authority urges the community to remain vigilant and report any further instances of Nanao's deceitful activities in the future.
