CRPF organises tree plantation programme

Jiribam, August 08 2025: As part of the nationwide "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign, Dett-48 Bn CRPF organized a tree plantation programme at Agalapur Primary School, Jiribam, Manipur, with the wholehearted participation of students, teachers, and local residents.

The initiative aimed not only to promote environmental conservation but also to foster a deep sense of patriotism among the younger generation.

On this occasion, the National Flag and sweets were distributed to the students and teachers, creating an atmosphere of joy and pride.

SS Sejwal, Commander, Dett-48 Bn CRPF, along with Mukesh Kumar Sevaria, Second-in-Command, Kumari Ranjita and Rohit Kumar Pathak, Assistant Commandants, participated in the tree plantation programme with personnel and members of the local community, underscoring the force's commitment to both the nation and environmental stewardship.

The programme drew enthusiastic participation from CRPF personnel, local residents and youth, reflecting the unity and patriotic fervour of the "Har Ghar Tiranga" movement.

Commander SS Sejwal, highlighted that the campaign is a reminder of the sacrifices made for India's freedom and a call for every citizen to uphold the values of peace, unity, and harmony.
