Imphal, November 20 2025: Manipur International University (MIU) will be organising a Two-Day International Conference at the Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS), Imphal on November 21-22, 2025 .

As per a release issued by MIU, the conference will focus on the critical theme, "Impact of Unregulated and Uncontrolled Use of Chemical Fertilizers and Pesticides on Soil, Fauna, Human Health, and Aquatic & Terrestrial Ecosystems" .

The event will bring together leading experts and researchers, including Prof W Chandabu Singh, Vice Chancellor, Dhanamanjuri University & Manipur Technical University and Dr Vishnu Rajput Dayal, Principal Scientist and Head, Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

The conference will feature interactive sessions and networking opportunities aimed at fostering global collaboration and advancing sustainable environmental practices.
