Senapati, April 10 2025: Mount Everest College, Senapati, has achieved a significant milestone by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ARMS Incorporation, a Japan-based organisation headquartered in Aichi, Nagoya.

ARMS Incorporation specialises in promoting Japanese language education and facilitating employment opportunities for international candidates in Japan.

The objective of the MoU is to raise awareness among the educated yet unemployed youth in the region and to offer recruitment support and guidance under Japan's Technical Intern Training Program (TiTP) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) initiatives.

These programmes are designed to enhance employability through structured training and placement in key sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, and other industries.

This collaboration is expected to broaden global career prospects for local unemployed youth, fostering skill development and cultural exchange.

Mount Everest College is committed to empowering its students by creating international pathways that connect education with employment opportunities, particularly in Japan's high-demand job sectors, according to the college.
