Imphal, March 12 2023: Unknown miscreants set ablaze the offices of Buffalo Breeding Farm located at Wabagai yesterday around 9pm.In a press note, the Citizen's Association for Rural Development (CARD) Wabagai, General Secretary termed the incident as really unfortunate and urged the authorities concerned to book the culprits involved in the act and provide stringent punishment at the earliest.

CARD maintained that it has been working sincerely to develop the Buffalo Breeding Farm which is one of a kind in the entire NorthEast region.

Further it sought the attention of all concerned to help in evicting the encroachers in the farm to build a secure environment for wildlife through proper demarcation of land of the farm.
